With new board members, there will be a fresh impetus brought to the club and new ways for the football club to generate money will be discussed. This may include the way we seek investment.

Item number 1 states that a full time assistant must always be in place for the manager to avoid what happened under Hughes from happening again. Currently we do have a full time assistant, but we do not have a full time first team coach. Carl Darlington is currently the first team coach and he works for the club on a part time basis. Item number 2 will address this in future.

To increase the number of signatures do you think it would be worthwhile giving out leaflets at the Bromley match stating some statistics highlighting the incompetence of the current board and the problems with the current structure of the club, outlining the agenda of the EGM and giving details of how to sign.

I am willing to help, please PM if you would like.
We are looking into this possibility. We would appreciate all the help we can get, so anyone who is willing to help out with the effort to bring about change for Wrexham AFC, please drop us a PM.

Might be an idea to get media interested too - be it Radio Wales,Radio Cymru and Sgorio too.Helping Wrexham get back on track would be of interest to them as they are fully aware more of their viewers and listeners support Wrexham than Newport for example.

If anyone currently not a WST joins now, will they be eligible to add there name to the request for an EGM?

And could they vote during the EGM?

Will there be any attempt to collect WST names and numbers before home games?

Do you envisage the CEO of WFc being a director of the club and if so, who recruits and appoints him/her

Just a reminder, that anyone can put their name forward for the EGM by emailing wstegm@outlook.com with your name, D.O.B and membership number. We need every bit of support we can get.

Thank you for your suggestion, we will take that on board. We agree that we could do with all the awareness we can get.

Thanks, but a CEO should report to the Board, not supervise it. The accountable manager should be the chairman, who should oversee the Board and be accountable to the WST membership.

This lack of definition of what a chairman must do is at the root of our issues ie he should have counselled the Board members and issued warnings if they stepped over the line.

I appreciate this raises the question of who supervises the Chairman, but that should be the members if they are not satisfied with the Board's actions.

Please PM if you wish to discuss this further.
