Yes to the first 2 questions, and for the 3rd we are looking into the best way to target the wider fanbase. One of the possibilities being discussed is handing out flyers and collecting names and membership numbers at home matches.

This lack of definition of what a chairman must do is at the root of our issues ie he should have counselled the Board members and issued warnings if they stepped over the line.

I appreciate this raises the question of who supervises the Chairman, but that should be the members if they are not satisfied with the Board's actions.
