If you protest it has to be to achieve something positive, but at the moment that doesn't exist.
Dix does have an argument, put the club up for sale and see what's out there. If that's the aim, staying away won't help.
If those calling for an EGM had a clear aim they would have more success, I read the thread last night and couldn't help but think it could be dominated by a kid in his bedroom with 3 or 4 usernames.
So what's a realistic plan, for me it's support the team on the pitch, and, amazingly, Dix call for the club to be advertised for sale.
I won't protest on a match day, I probably won't protest anyway tbh, but I do think the club needs change to move forward and I'll be petitioning the board for this, and hoping they can come up with something pretty damn quick.
Would make a nice change from a board member sitting in his bedroom with 3 or 4 usernames don't you think?

Where's Redrobinman gone? Maybe Rob can help answer this one.

Have we lost our soul? Mass protest needed, media coverage pick up on it and a clear message given.

Staying away gives them a free ride and the illusion everyone's happy. We're struggling so crowds naturally plummet at any club, it's not a clear indication to the board fans are unhappy.

I have season ticket so I suppose it's easier for me to attend, but come back if you can, don't let them get away with the mess they've created.

Maybe it's just the two of us here, making the most of half term.

Totally agree with protest aimed at the board throughout the whole match. Support the team during the game but if they produce the usual dross give it to them at full time as well. Would be good if this involved 5000 supporters rather than the 3000 likely to be there. Wish I could join you but I live in Australia.

As for media coverage could the Rochdale game be a good opportunity?

When I think back to the Hamilton,Toss & Robber protests, they seemed well organised and certainly effective events.

This seems like 10 tiny factions wanting to go 10 different ways so no one actually does anything.

It needs a figurehead that all fans can get behind to force this issue but no one seems to be coming forward.

I can see us turning into another Bury

Yes it’s called divide and rule.
