According to the constitution. Yes. If the WST don't organise it within 4 weeks then the proposers can arrange the meeting at the WST's expense.

How much will the EGM cost the WST ? Not entirely sure of the cost but all members have to be informed of the proposed Resolutions and it could cost between £!k and £2k dependant on who they need to post info to.

As above. Within 4 weeks

Are the WST board allowed to place counter proposals or give advice alongside proposals as is done at AGM,s ?

Yes. Any member can speak for or against the resolution

As yet there appear to be general proposals, some of which will require a change to the constitution.
The Resolutions need to be aimed specifically at the clauses that require changing, quoting the existing rule and the proposed change.

Thanks for that. Bought community share when they came out. Also used to pay WST yearly membership but haven't bothered for last couple of years. Haven't Had any correspondence from club since not paying WST. I presume they've forgotten I'm a community shareholder. Will add my name for gem when I find my number.

That was one almighty scam wasn't it... the community shares. It was nothing more than a money grab to fund the egos of the few. Calling that grab "shares" was cruel as some would have bought thinking they were real shares in the football club whereas they are not shares at all in the way they wanted us to believe. Another WST economy of truth. Ideologists always want somebody else to fund their experiments dont they.

When the community shares were launched, all the fans who donated were fully aware of the purpose and the way the shares worked.

Wasn't meant to be hostile just blunt. Shares were never meant to give "elevated ownership".
Community shares don't give any greater say in the WST than any other member. They do give life membership.
All were aware of this when they signed up.
Similarly it's one person, one vote no matter how much individuals contribute monthly.
