Unfortunately it has been criticism of big things that the board seem to react badly too. The criticism seems to make them defend their failed leadership rather than addressing their damaging decisions. Its almost as if their defiance hinders any good leadership.

Again, create a principle and vote on it, I don't think it will be based on one person's opinion.

Does everyone working with under 18's get crb checked? (I think it's crb)

Used to be CRB - now DBS checks - and I would hope that all working with under 18's are DBS checked.
