Board implement exclusion zone

Up to yesterday people were able to buy ticokets for sundays game in the Yale stand, block Y4 ,upper centre section.
As from last night this area directly next to and behind the director's box has been designated an away supporters section.
Meaning, anyone whos bought tickets for this section, whether in their regular seats or not are in possession of tickets with invalid seats.
The club quotes, F.As 15% gate rule but I can only deduce the board are creating an exclusion zone around themselves.
I understand and have some sympathy when fans in the glyndwr complain about being moved for larger away following, but they are aware of this when purchasing a season ticket and this is partly why season tickets are cheaper in this area. I assume I will now recieve some refund.
It's obvious this action is due to fear, that fans being moved from the Glyndwr will place themselves in this area next to the director's.
How isolated are some director's .

Or maybe we have to give about 1500 seats rather than the normal 1200 so we lose a section?
The Glyndwr stand is open btw.

Are we expecting 1500 from Rochdale?

Nice conspiracy theory though.

Yes but if you read my post, they normally put larger away following in the glyndwr as understood when purchasing season tickets in that stand. They have never moved fans from the Yale centre, that was never mentioned when we bought our season tickets.

Large away followings with high risk in the form of Chester and Tranmere have been moved to the Glyndwr / Tech end - as highlighted we know in advance that this could possibly happen but don't think it will apply this season - we have probably had our largest away following in the form of Stockport County - for the first round of an FA Cup I doubt Rochdale will bring anywhere near the number SCFC brought.

Not certain what the rule is for seat allocation for the FA Cup but pretty certain the allocation for away fans has to be increased above what is the normal league game allocation - it might just be a coincidence or a deliberate ploy to provide additional seating to comply with the FA Cup rule (not for one minute do I believe Rochdale would need it)

Isn’t it only increased if the demand is there? So if we were drawn against Fylde they’d still have 1500 seats? 1460 of which would be empty?

I’ve sat behind the directors box for 18 years and never had to move when the stand was open, I’ve watched plenty of FA Cup games there too

Sure ticket office had tweeted confirming that Fa Cup rules mean we have to offer them more seats 15% I think
