Default Leo Smith

Thought it was worth a mention, Leo has been in superb form this season for Caernarfon, and is being looked at by a number of clubs. I've heard that Port Vale are now looking at him so could end up in the football league before too long. Another mistake by us maybe?

Not really. Good to hear he is in good form, but there is no guarantee he will make it even if a move comes off, it's never an exact science. Most lower league players and many top players have failed, gone backwards or been released at some point just the way it is. Players develop at different rates and it's sometimes it's about getting the breaks and maybe if Leo had gone out on loan at a younger age he may have come on quicker.

I'm not sure it was seeing as development isn't really our thing anymore.

Pleased for him and nice too see Caernarfon are doing well, cracking result last weekend.

His contract expires in 2039, but he has the Grant clause in it whereby he can extend it for another 50 years and also have the right to behave unprofessionally whenever he wants.
