Last WST meeting in the cent. Maybe the elite few are the ones that can be bothered to attend. Better meeting than usual. Bit more confrontational but generally well mannered. |

For a group that refer can ownership all the time, at what point will the treat fans as the owners. #theirclubnotours |
Re: Cefn Druids
I thought that the issue of a Football Director was raised by a members in the room but I don't recall the matter being taken on board by any Director of the club. Indeed, I do recall that the Chair of the WST stating that skills required were at this moment well covered by the existing board.
I am yet to be convinced that a football director is required by a club at this low level unless someone suitable locally was willing to give time to the position. |

The vision sounds impressive but I'll reserve judgement until if/when it happens.

Nothing ever does, even though we're failing as a club. |

Yep, Hold a token meeting to appease the few, State that they will look into making improvements, Allow a few weeks / months to pass by, Forget everything, Carry on as normal. |
Amazing isn't it what can be achieved with visionary leaders that know how to run a business. It cannot be done by well meaning volunteers that do not have the skill sets. The fact that our leadership claim otherwise proves they do not understand what is involved.
What has been achieved? Moss was a successful local business man, with money, a vision, and a genuine interest in the club. |
