I tend to agree JND. By all means, remember the past and learn from it but if we don't become open to other options we will stagnate.

Unfortunately with the current status quo I think we will be non league for a long time IMO. What's the answer? I don't know, but we certainly should be considering every option.

There are good people out there as well as bad.

In total agreement again 🙂

Oh it does. Its just no-one I know calls it that. It could be sponsored by Coca-Cola and i'm sure myself, and many others, will still call it the Mold Road stand!

Same as the Yale stand (which is bkoncepts) and the Eric Roberts stand (got a new sponsor now I believe...)

The difference is Tranmere Rovers owned a Stadium and training ground when Palios took over. Wrexham AFC own nothing and therefore will not attract an owner like Palios. We need to get over that very simple fact.

Good old Pryce

Still amazes me how many Wrexham fans think he was some kind of hero.

A hero that had the shame of having his name ripped off the MRS.

Pryce's irresponsible and greedy actions started the ball rolling and the club has never recovered from it.

I seen through Griffiths after a conversation when when Fred Tomlinson was the Chairman... I was very disappointed when he took over.

The difference
an owner can make is huge , the below is a prime example .. from reading this I’m not sure we can call ourselves a community club 🙄

They have done very well to get back to where they are now . A lot of there success is down to Palios who has done a great job off the field !

That's a good point. But just because we can't attract a Palios should not deter us from seeking ANY investment.

That's fine, but ask yourself, if you were Hays Travel sponsoring a stand to the tune of a few grand, and heard it on national radio being referred to as the Pryce Griffiths Stand. I think I would tell them to stick their sponsorship deal into the next hole down from their back collar stud.

Utter drivel that you cannot prove.
Apart from the fact the club owns the lease to the ground. One simple fact you've conveniently over looked along with the fact many clubs are bought without owning their ground, like Leeds was.
