I might get a bit of stick for posting this but I thought it was fairly relevant.

The difference an owner can make is huge , the below is a prime example .. from reading this I’m not sure we can call ourselves a community club 🙄

They have done very well to get back to where they are now . A lot of there success is down to Palios who has done a great job off the field !

Mark Pallios types are very hard to find. The nearest we had was Pryce Griffiths.
From what I see, for every Pallios there are at least five Hamiltons.

well the eighty odd privately owned football clubs in the league are faring better than us and palios has done a brilliant job at tranmere especially given the financial problems they were faced with, here at wrexham we have a group of well meaning individuals that grouped together to savev our clubh in the time of need, they collected money from devoted fans such as myself and used that money for the benefit of the club and i thank them for it but myself and the thousands of others donated our money for the sake of wrexham fc not individuals and less vthan mediocrity

By that logic we'll be in the Championship in a couple of years as there'll only be fans-owned clubs left with all the lower league privately-owned clubs going bust.

That's clearly bollocks, there are far more good owners than bad.

Lets be honest we'd all kill to be in Tranmere's position now.

How many more clubs are going to get relegated to this league then get promoted out again ahead of us before the penny drops?

i have tried my best at being patient for many years and the plain fact is our football club
is not where we would all like it to be, finding our knight in shining armour is unlikely because it appears clear the powers that be do not want anyone else here, the majority of wrexham supporters would welcome an honourable business man such as palios but the majority of our fans are not members and do not have any interest in voting they just want a football club and football, we cant have either so people like me, and there are many are abstaining from matches, personally my patience has run out, the current ownership model has been given a long enough chance to prove itself, given the support,income and windfalls this ownership has been given we should be at a far higher standard, but we are not, a sad fact but the truth, we need a palios type and quickly
