We definitely do. But I suppose when you look at the state of the bench last night, we are short on any sort of depth. If Kennedy was available till January he's a dependable body to come in.

Better than Chambers an JBB and IMO better than Lawlor. Same with the talk of the right back, YES we need midfielders an attackers but we need more than just that. General quality is low.

I rate Kennedy highly and wish he had signed at the end of last season, but I don't rate Keates as a manager, a player yes he was a very good player, but as a manager no passion like a stuffed dummy on the sidelines and knows only one way to play.

Plus I dont forgive him for the timing when he left.

What was on his CV for him to get the job? Yes relegation of his Hometown club.

Maybe going to 3 at the back? Keates played with that formation at Walsall. Hope he's not been brought in to play right back because he wasn't the best in that position.
