It was the basics done superbly for Yeovil and they scored three of the easiest goals they’ll score this season

There’s no reason why any professional footballers can’t do what Yeovil did to us with some decent management and tactics
Happy days when we can hold Barcelona to a 3-3 draw

Looking at it even if we got someone decent in midfield are we going to stop playing hoofball? I don't think we will. Until Darlington goes i think we are stuck with this issue and even if he does i don't think Keates will deviate from what he knows.

Im just trying to think the last decent target man we had who could hold the ball up. Last real one i can think of was James Grey. Might have been a complete flip up but before he got injured and went off the rails i was impressed at how well he could hold and control the ball.

We'd be lucky to hold Bala to a draw at the moment

Yeovil going forward were excellent — they passed us off the pitch. All goals are easy if you slot them away, but Hughes had work to do before slotting it home.

Our midfield is weak, and the 2 CBs were made to look slow and indecisive. Our fight to stay up will become very difficult unless we win most games before New Year.

Yeovil like so many teams at this level seem to be coached to suit their players. The result is a team that looks like they know what they are doing. This takes coaches who know what they are doing. Random run around hoofball is the result of not having what these other teams have. 8 years down here is all the evidence we need that something needs to change but we are stuck with that "we are doing fine" mindset.
