I know, thought it was a wind up.

Barrow, Hughes, Keates. All appointed against the fans wishes. All very predictably failed.

Not the boards fault?? What a joke.

This league is full of defences with big ugly, take no prisoner, defences. What can we do to combat that sort of a back line and score goals into the bargain. I know ! We’ll put the smallest forward up front on his own and put the ball high up to him.

That should have the goals flowing again !!!

These are unbelievably sad times, it’s hard to believe we have reached such depths. I fear the next decline will be to start losing more heavily, as every inch of confidence is sucked out of this shower of players.

I just can’t see when it’s going to change, all the clubs around us have starting winning, we keep losing to our rivals, and we are now 5 points from safety. I can only see defeats against Eastleigh and Solihull.

I’ve never seen Red Passion so united, as we all feel the pain so deeply.

The 100% fans owned experiment has well and truly failed, and we now need to be doing what we should have been doing a long time ago, actively seeking investors. Those running the club need to handover to those who are open to investment. I’m not sure what the current board is afraid of as there are no assets left to be stripped.

Sad sad times, it’s so hard to come to terms with.

Part time regional football, playing at Queensway or Druids.

That's where staggering levels of incompetence are taking us.

To go from top of the league to rock bottom in less than 12 months, must be a record.

Aldershot did a couple of seasons ago, but I think they had to ship out a few players, because of financial problems. Not sure what our excuse can be as it’s virtually the same team as played when we were top of the league.

But if it is board members without good football management experience who are running the show those persons need to stand aside and let others who have that expertise take over to try and save us from relegation.
The players we have are not good enough to do it . This is now coming from a self confessed happy clapper. If they go down it will not stop me going to watch them in the North league but I know others will simply give it up.
So time to spend some of the hard owned cash asap on different players , not sack the board, Keates and appoint someone else who might just be as unsuccessful.
From what I hear we can afford to do something to get it turned around. In January buy two good strikers who are currently scoring goals in our league or the EFL. Goals win matches . It is as simple as that. 'Cause if we don't score them we are doomed.
Are you referring to he alleged £2m WST cash balance? I have heard this from a number of sources and believed it to be complete bull. If you know differently then let us all know.

If this truly is the case then it is outrageous we have not manged to get in a couple of really decent strikers last season.

I await your response as I you have to be ITK to make such a confident statement. The hard "owned" cash must be significant otherwise you have no basis for what you have said about new strikers.

If we were really balancing the books every year how come we have such a large surplus (if it exists) and why does it need to be so large?

The whole situation has an unpleasant whiff about it. Please tell me you are "mistaken".

Aldershot went from 5th or 6th to 4th bottom.
