Agree.....can't believe we took him back.

That said I thought he might steady the ship but he seems to have made it worse.

Hughes had to go but his 352 would have atleast kept us up. Not that staying up in this division should ever be an acceptable objective. We could also score under Hughes.

On the contrary I think Keates knows exactly what he wants but cannot move for a solution until the January transfer window. I expect a lot to happen then, and no doubt informal discussions are now underway. Hooper, Chalmers, Oswell, and Barney Bob loaned/transferred and hopefully Kennedy and Patrick signed on till the end of the season , just for starters.

Can you remember the last 3 decent players we signed in January?

Do you honestly think bringing in another few journeymen or players who couldn't get a game in the WPL are going to keep us up ? How naïve are you ?

Keates has lost the dressing room already and the club is in a full blown crisis. The reality is if we go down we will go out of business as sure as day follows night. Just a matter of time

Only a major shake up at the VERY TOP in the next few weeks will halt this slide.

This is the most important few weeks in our history for sure

I don't think we have longer than two weeks to sort this mess out. We could be well adrift by the start of the new year. If something is to be done it needs to be started Monday. First step would be Keates, Darlington and Davies out the door.

I wouldn’t trust the Judas with organising the 50/50 draw

The way our form is, January will be too late, our downturn in form since Keates has come in has taken us into the relegation zone, then to the foot of the league and already 5 points from 5th bottom.

Did Keates sit in his interview and say he would turn in round after bringing in players in January? If he did the board are bigger fools than we all already know. Or did he say he say he would turn it round by motvating and organising the existing pool of players? If he did then he has failed miserably.

If you were a half decent player would you come to us in January to work in a failing set up? A toxic environment? To risk a relegation on your CV?

Do you trust Keates to get the right players in? His transfer record is atrocious. Last time he was here in January he brought in Ainge, Franks etc

Don't fall into the boards trap of believing we can rescue this in January, We need more urgent action now.
