There was the comment at the recent meeting about there being no need for new blood as they have ‘all the skills required’ Live meeting thread - KO 7:30pm

Fairly sure at least one of them made another similar comment elsewhere; someone else’s memory may be better than mine here.

The last three managerial appointments they have made have been absolutely disastrous, and it’s my opinion that they need to be accountable for that. My favourite solution is for a professional football man to be put in charge of first team decisions, taking it out of their hands.

At the same time I don’t believe they are anything but fans doing their best. I don’t see arrogance, just well meaning people who got it horribly wrong.
That’s a coincidence. Many of John Mills accounts use the word “toxic” to describe this place too.

Tbf I can't imagine John Mills would ever admit to managerial appointments being disastrous!

Jose, I think they're well-meaning but they're also incredibly arrogant - the Mills comment on Twitter less than two weeks ago about being jealous of future fans who'd see more success for Wrexham in the football league than anyone ever had was jaw-dropping in its cluelessness.

jose jones, in agreement with you, the people in charge love Wrexham fc as much as any other fan, i do not dispute that at all and i do agree with you that they are fans who got it horribly wrong, yes they have but its over a long period of time, they love Wrexham yes, of course they do, and that is precisely why they must do some soul searching and realise we need someone else, the mistakes have continued and for some time and i honestly think with hand on heart that those in charge have taken us as far as they can, unfortunately it could be even lower if someone does not save us.
the time has come for the powers that be to realise they need help and investment, they need to let the club go in a dignified way, they will look far better to fans if they now effectively search for more suitable govenors, i would certainly applaud them

This.

By the time January rolls around we will have, what 19 games left? 20? and we will need 30 + points.

How much will it cost to put a team together to be that good, that quickly, in January?

They don't accept their own limitations and weaknesses though.
