Agree Wiltshire. We have at least been in games up until now. I think a crap pitch, no away fans and the lack shown thus far of any fighting spirit from the players mean a heavy defeat tonight. 4-0 Eastleigh

I wonder what Keates' excuse will be when we lose again tonight. He will say we were un lucky, and if we had a tall striker we may have got a result. he is the problem, he cannot motivate the players and has no idea of tactical formation and selection of the right players to play how he wants ( or does he know what correct team selection and tactics is) . There must now be at least 6 players who he has totally pissed off and cannot re motivate. Even these players could be useful to us. A new manager could even, remotivate some of them.

I think if we start to lose heavily that will be it. Players has officially stopped trying.

For me team selection is key, get 2 players up top to at least occupy the centre backs. If he opts for the same team selection that is a straight up defeat on the cards.
