For those of us who only know Dixie as an ex player and manager can you please explain what you think he’ll bring to the boardroom?

Great to see you back, PG, unfortunately the thread the other day was locked before you had a chance to answer my question. Thankfully, talking about people taking us over, it's still relevant, so I can ask again

Can you remind me of something? When WST spokesman Simon Johnson said of Dickens and Moss “they both have good links with the club and are doing this for the right reasons. Everybody else has been interested in the land, these people are interested in the club itself,” were you joining those of us who were arguing the Trust shouldn’t back them? I don’t remember you doing so, but perhaps I’m wrong?

Lol......clear attempt to cool the head of steam building amongst fans genuinely scared of losing OUR football club

I can't think of much lower than sticking Dixie McNeil in the front just as you go into a potential demonstration. It's like sticking your grandad in front of you to stop someone giving you a hiding

The only thing lower than this would be to drag Joey into it or is he the next "ace" to be used !!

For me this only heightens my anger towards the clowns running our club into the ground

Despicable act but becoming the norm unfortunately

Nodders gonna nod.

“There’s your director you wanted, now shut up and give us your money.”

Hopefully someone has stepped down and he’s just stepping in but can’t see it with the nature of the statement.

Known Dixie for over 40 years . Have served alongside him on the FPA committee for the last 6 years. He is passionate about Wrexham AFC and its great fans. One thing is guaranteed ....he will always say what he thinks and will be no-one's token appointment! I wish him well in this tough challenge.

They sacked Joey so I doubt it.

Yes but what will he add? How will he improve things?

Why now ? Everyone can see he's being used as a pawn.
