Your lad will have another birthday. Wrexham AFC may well not.

The protagonist have numerous agendas from sell the club to anyone, Beg for investors, sack the board, sack the manager and coaching staff.

There is obviously concern at our position at the wrong end of the table which amplifies protest and anger but a wholesale cull is not the answer unless these people are looking forward to NLN.

Quay Red - there’s a thread here explaining why some of us are, in your words, ‘throwing (our) toys out of the pram.’ Any chance you’d consider responding to it as I’d love to have your level of faith in the board, and would be great to understand just why you’re so confident in them.

There's only one set of people put this club on the edge or the brink of NLN QR , it's not the fans , they want a decent honest Board , and all they do is act like a load of sheep led by a fantasist ego maniac , and you stick up for them unhealthily .

So lets for one moment consider what this protest is going to achieve and ask who are the persons to replace the existing Board if they go . No one on here has suggested names, no one can point to actual investors, there is to be no EGM. In fact it is no more than a collection of keyboard warriors with a knee jerk reaction. Of course the team are performing badly . But until someone proves to me there is a positive outcome of all this sack the lot nonsense they are there to represent me and will stay where they are.

I'm more concerned by matters off field than on, the two are directly linked and I can fully see why we are currently languishing where we are.

Address the off field fundamental issues and the rest, in theory, should improve.

For clarity, I'm not supportive of a mid game protest but fully support the requirement for a protest at a time to not hinder the players. When we're 3-0 down on 85 minutes, gloves are off.

A large number of fans are rightly critical of our position and some of the crap football we've had to endure.
The majority of members rightly or wrongly still support the club.
Most fans will be disgusted by the attack on the board.
There are more legitimate ways to overturn the hierarchy but the concern is so great that a call for an EGM failed.
The board has to evolve and improve, Dixie's appointment was not a knee jerk reaction it was a result of concerns expressed at the last WST meeting at which Pete Jones acknowledged that they were looking at such a position.

Didn't say that I have complete faith in anyone. Don't think I ever trust anyone 100%. I believe they are doing the job to the best of their ability and in good faith. The membership still generally support them but are unhappy with the way we're playing as are most fans.
I wasn't happy with Keates appointment even if Dixie agreed with it as I saw it as a negative, lazy move. (My opinion)
I didn't think he could change but was surprised and pleased with the way we set up on Tuesday and enjoyed most of the game even when we were under pressure. I drove home on the adrenalin of a well deserved win.

The board will evolve, they do take note of fans concerns but it's not realistic to expect instant change, especially as the protestors don't have a plan.

The membership elect the WST board so ultimately we are to blame but then we'll be protesting against ourselves and fellow supporters, no wonder there's a rift.
