Carrington handball on the hour.
Grant moves his head towards Vaughan (84) would have seen red if ref spotted.
Solihull terrible antics. Ref didn't fall for most of it but was too lenient with cards 1st half.
But, well done the town. 2 good goals, battled hard. Wright was my MoM

From watching the highlights he looked like a different player to be fair to him. Its as if he's woken up, finally. If he maintains this form for the rest of the season then he'll be delighted to know that I might change my opinion on him. We've been here before though with the likes of Rob Evans.

Wright ? Not as bad usually as people make out , but on Saturday not as good as people think. Where was He and Young in the second half when Osborne was rampaging through midfield ?

Bottom line is though that he is slightly better in the deeper role in a 532 than he appears to be in a more advanced role in a 433 .

If he was able to cover every blade of grass and make every tackle for 90 minutes he wouldn't be playing for us, he would be with a Football League Club....on Saturday he put in a good shift and that was with Young having a quiet afternoon as well...so credit to Akil....criticise him when he has a mare but congratulate him when he performs well.

To be fair I haven’t criticised him on earlier performances . Like I said, he wasn’t as bad as people were making out earlier in the season and not as good as people were making out on Saturday - though he was improved in the new system.

Come on Foxy. I've witnessed him many times drift through games, barely touching the ball and is generally completely anonymous. It doesn't get any worse than that, does it?

Akil is a limited player and he obviously enjoys having a clear understanding of his role. A bit like Rutherford he can run about all day and if you play to his strengths then he is reasonably effective. But ask him to do anything else and he can't do it. The systems from the last two games obviously suit him, and while we haven't got anything better he can do a job.

He's ultimately not good enough though.
