Yes minimum is £15 per annum and you can pay by cheque annually. make sure you get a receipt, reason, membership cards arn't always issued ( in my case anyway)
Unless you are a member you can't propose, second or vote on issues particularly at an AGM and board memberships.

I am not currently a member but if there are re-elections or even motions proposed for the AGM then I am happy to join up to make my vote count, and I am sure many others will be.

Its fine to say that only WST members have a say and that is true when it comes to the voting, but Spencer went on record to say the Board only run the club for the fans. If that's the case, call a meeting where any fan can attend and question the Board.

I can't see the issue.

Membership is now year to year (ie date to date) There is also likely to be a cut off date to ensure signed up members can vote - So I suggest get signed up it costs £15 minimum for the year.
Keep your receipt because membership cards do not always get sent out ( Just my experience maybe.

Yeah, you are probably right about a cut off date. Anything to reduce the possibility of hundreds signing up before the AGM to get a vote!

Still not received mine despite them saying they were being sent out some time ago now. Won't hold my breath.
