The only Directors are those that sit on the AFC Board.
The rest are just trust board members. Co opted trust board members can have an input in discussions but have no vote.

As per my post on WST Board majority vote to fire Hughes - Club Board not involved? it is unclear if previous policies etc were in force in that meeting, as the policy on how to fire a manager appears to have differed from what has been historically published.
Ace thanks for this.

Can see it now.. he big moustache twitching. Jumping up on the table hand by his ear then tearing off his yellow vest and throwing it at Pete then beating his chest and running at a wall.

“Whatcha gonna do when Hulkamania destroys you brother?” He yell at no one in particular.

Makes you think

A little insight. In days gone by the Trust invited a fan to handle press issues and write what was the WST column in The Leader.

That fan had no voting rights and was effectively an observer. Unfortunately the Leader input was lost when The Leader decided to withdraw the 'column facility'. Could the paper have been under pressure from the then owners - we will never know - but some can speculate.

Interesting. I occasionally wrote the Supporters Association column for the same newspaper. I slated the WAFC owners after our relegation from the Football League . Funnily enough , I was never asked to write another column!!

That's very interesting, given the Leader's absence in the "What the papers say" section of the website after a stern article about the football club I wonder just how much pressure is put on the local media

I mean it is pretty telling given the piss poor questioning from all the media sources at the club
