Absolutely right - I think its an excellent incentive for the players.
Mind you if you want to draw attention to a thread why not use emotive language that might suggest something wrong probably at board level.

Aren't bonus's and incentives the norm in footy, you'll be calling for SH to run it more like a factory unit next.
