Carl Hogan - Co-Opted Board Member (No - he declined)

For the majority that don't know who Carl Hogan is he is the media team manager at the club.

He was co-opted to the Wrexham AFC board in a PR role recently

I've had it confirmed that he was the person behind the questions@myracecourse.co.uk email address that all the questions came into for the Q&A. I've also had it confirmed that he was in charge of "sorting" the emails.

In pursuit of a reason why 0 of my 81 questions that I were answered I emailed Carl Hogan asking three simple questions:

1. Can you confirm whether all questions that were submitted for the Q&A were forwarded to the operation board or did you, in your role as media team manager, moderate and select which questions were submitted to board members?
   
2. Were any questions not submitted to the board to answer? If there were questions not put forward, how many?
   
3. Are there any of the 81 questions that I submitted, on behalf of myself and several other supporters, that you would like to answer yourself?

Very simple and easy questions to answer. Carl Hogan refused to answer them on three occasions.

The first two occasions he forwarded the messages to the operational board i.e. the people who didn't answer any of my 81 questions in the first place.

I then stated that:

I am not approaching the operational board with questions, I am asking you directly.

It is my understanding that you, as media team manager, were the first point of contact for the incoming emails for the recent Q&A. Therefore, it is very relevant that the below questions are addressed to yourself. It is very much within the remit of your position at the club to address supporters who have a concern that their voices, questions and concern are not being made known to the relevant people(s).

He then accused me of questioning his integrity, his honesty and his abilities to be media manager.

This also comes after he shared some of my questions with other members of the media team which lead to one member sending me angry private messages through personal channels.

Do you think Carl Hogan, as a co-opted board member, should be answerable to the members and the supporters?

Do you think Carl Hogan, as the media manager and the person who "sorted" the emails should be answerable to those that emailed in?

Do you think those three questions should be answered?

The refusal to answer the three questions seems very bizzare to me

I think Carl Hogan should be removed from his position immediately . The man has no interest in reviving Wrexham FC on or off the pitch, get rid now

Remarkably he seems to be making communications even worse than they were. Taxi for Hogan. He can share it with Mills , Harris and Jones the Bus

Anyway nice on carl you aplesr to have made things worse. Add to the list of people to be removed asap
