No doubt we’ll be told to not write him off before he’s put the jersey on.

Who was the last loan player from a Prem/Champ side to actually have a proper impact? I’m struggling.

Matt Derbyshire??? Scored an absolute screamer about 10 minutes after coming on if my memory serves me right.

Probably right there. Would say Joe Allen but he played 3 games.

14 years ago ffs. You’d have thought we’d learn.

Danny Sonner was in a side that got relegated wasn't he?
Scott Green is the exception to the rule. Never been repeated since. Donkeys years ago and we had a proper manager then who knew what he was doing. Irrelevant today.

I have seen him play but not recently. Not sure how you know who I have or haven't seen play.

The only signing that would go some way to pacify me is if we went out and signed a top player who plays for a rival in this league. Not going to happen but someone in the Rowe mould. Why can't we wreck another teams season for once? but we won't. And even if we did they'd still be playing under Keates, PE teacher and Pep D who are all clueless. Happy new year btw
I am very calm, and same to you bud.

Thing is, I understand your glass half empty attitude, its not plucked from nowhere its based on cold hard facts unfortunately for us all.

Danny Sonner was class though. He had left before we got relegated. Little brought him in and we looked decent then he retired due to injury and we were doomed.

Who was that other lad that played one game and got injured. Tom Craddock?

If this club showed any signs of learning from their mistakes Keates wouldn't be here now and the club would be up for sale.

We also had that lad on loan in Keates first spell here as manager (I think) who looked the business. His name escapes me but he literally played one or two games.. Help me out someone.. he was very tenacious....striker ..., Its George Miller.
