He's said players wont leave when clubs are looking at them.
He has taken on a terrible team
He has got rid of Chambers and two loan signings who wernt performing.
Omari is a good loan / Reid I dont rate.

Point I am trying to make is we cant just keep sacking managers as its showing on the players now. This was not a quick fix, we have not had the reaction we wanted with the new manager but we cant just keep sacking them.
But to flip the coin over we cant stick with the wrong man in the most important job in the whole Organisation who is out of his depth and failing just because we have sacked too many people from that position before. Two wrongs don't make a right and all that

Reduced gates of 1000 average over the season. 26,000 x £9 = £234,000.

Still money in the bank but the board won't let too much go as when it's gone , it's gone for good and we are really up sh!t creek without a paddle.

Only hope that I can see is to get a manager who knows what he's doing and has some vision.
Still what do I know, I thought Hughes was actually getting things going in the right direction just as he got sacked. He's gone and so have the goals, sacrificed on the alter of Keates ball.
I agree there is probably some logic to your assumptions but doesn't it highlight the cost of poor decisions from the board?
£200k wasted on a budget increase given to a manager that should never have been appointed.
£234k lost off the gates due to poor decision by the board and animosity and anger created by their decisions, actions and statements.
estimate another £100k for January transfer budget and that takes us to
£534k wasted by this inept board.

The Ward money was a once in a lifetime opportunity for this club, we may as well have put it all on red at the nearest casino.

Or just leave it on a car seat outside the club shop.

I think back to the 2012 January transfer window, we were top of the league, then decided to sell Curtis Obeng.

"We tried". They should put that on the WST logo.
