Default Points to stay up?

19 games to go. With 9 games at home.

Looking at the table last season 52 points was enough to stay up.

Wrexham are currently on 29.

I reckon 9 wins would do it. Away form has to be improved.

Big games against Maidenhead away, Chorley away and a potential six pointer with Aldershot at home.
Dagenham also to come before the end of February.

Or should I start dreaming of 12 points off 5th.....

Easy does it..........

Merry Christmas everyone

I'm sure teams have gone down with 54 points, so our target has to be 55!!

Our current points per game total sees us finishing on 49 points, we need to start winning away from home.

The way this season has gone I am expecting a champion with a lower points total than normal, and relegated teams with relatively high points totals.

That said around 55 should be enough. I still expect us to reach that fairly comfortably

50
51 (that was Chester)
45
48

May be affected by the Bury situation, so points won by 3rd bottom have been

44
36
46

I expect Macc to go bust and good riddance to a club that has consistently spent over budget. Today they attracted 1991 supporters and I expect Grimsby brought a few.
If they do go it has to change things surely ?

Macc have a way of surviving in the 11th hour. They managed to get just enough done by Monday's deadline for the SAG to sign off the safety certificate and lift the 'zero capacity' stipulation.
