Pearson is a great player but he is one of the two of this back three who are a bit slow turning and we're exposing their failings by playing this stupid system. As individuals we are better than most teams in this league, but as a team we don’t function. Pearson and most of the other players are obviously wanting to beat their opponents, however we have a coaching team not good enough for Coedpoeth reserves! I humbly suggest that we go back to a basic 442 set up, where we simplify players roles and rebuild their confidence, whilst 442 helps covers some the deficits in the midfield and central defence. But I really believe coaching is the core problem, we desperately need a change in coaching personnel.

We are the same at home our players are what I would call ball watchers, reactionary players especially at the back and more so in midfield and upfront. When a player is in possession nobody finds space to give that player an outlet going forward hence why the defence and defensive midfield keep passing sideways and backwards because nobody runs off the ball to receive an advancing pass. Hence the team sits to deep. So the defenders eventually hoof it forward usually to a proverbial brick S*******e centre half to get hold of as we play with a small forward who is also sat to deep. The team also lacks pace throughout.
Premiership clubs who play with one upfront have electric pace to get forward in support..
Our manager and coaches could not coach a pensioners team playing walk football...I'm afraid if Keates,Davies and Darlington don't go soon then we are finished, even since our goalkeeper coach left our goalkeepers are making mistakes the didn't last season.
