That will not happen with Keates, and the board would never employ them anyway, as it would potentially threaten their monopoly to no longer have a yes man at the helm.
When will we all wake up to the fact there is no leadership from top to bottom of our club. The WAFC board are volunteers and clueless about football matters . The WST board are again clueless regarding football matters and as Pete Jones always says " they wont get involved in the football side of the club" .
Keates and his assistant are clueless failures with no desire to win and supported by boy wonder Darlington who together couldn't lead a drowning man to safety .
How on earth us supporters keep turning up is a mystery, fully expect a collapse in numbers very soon though .

I have no issue with Keates being binned but I cant see anyone else doing any better with the current set up and the current team of demotivated and troubled individuals with the notable exception of the ever excellent Luke Young who I feel desperately sorry for

Luckily a couple of teams are worse again than us, it's not too late to cut our losses and get a brand new management team in place. Crucially a proper plan needs putting in place from CoE up alongside such a move, until all areas are being maximized we're not going up any time soon.
‘Not going up anytime soon’? Pains me to say it but this club will never get back to the Football League.
Club stinks from the top to the bottom

I’m not anti Keates, although I’ll admit I can’t stand the presence of Darlington and Davies at the club.

But as the horror show unfolded this afternoon, root cause a complete lack of effort from all the players (aside from Young and Carrington) I just couldn’t believe the lack of passion, drive, and anger even, on the touchline!!!

How can the coaching/management team just stand there so detached from what was happening in front of them????

Andy Morrison (and many other managers in the game) would have been up and down that touchline, screaming and ranting.

I just don’t understand this lack of energy from the coaches, it must have an impact on the players when they see the boss doesn’t seem to give a fvck, they just carried on going through the motions.

I don’t expect Keates to fall on his sword, but I would like to know why he looks so passionless on that touchline, and also what he’s going to do about training sessions.

There needs to be more per week, and for longer times, not pratting about in the gym.

May as well have a cardboard cutout on the sidelines. Both on matchdays and at the training ground.
Get rid of the useless cnut!

When he ran down the tunnel, lets hope he got into his car, drove away, never to be seen again and we all lived happily ever after. The End.

Honest question, if Ian Holloway had been appointed when Keates was and had identical results and performances, would people be calling for him to be sacked already?
