If its not working then its not working end of. Keates is not working and his record is appealing.

There is a massive divide between the players and the coaching staff and most players in the squad know they are out come the end of the season.

Indeed, seems he has it written in his contract he plays every game. Or he gets a bigger wage if he doesn't play, the only explanation. Since when has a player decided he's staying?

Keates has also it seems to me tried and failed to shift Hooper on, our only saleable asset.

Pearson has had a bust up I'd the latest gossip, don't expect him to play this month. He could be out of here.

Keates was never was going to work, too close to some of the players who don’t have respect for him or his coaches it was plain madness to even think it would, you’d have to of been a complete fool to think otherwise.

You mean the one apparent key attribute to be appointed to the Wrexham FC board?

Bust up with who? He was in the tunnel at Chorley shaking hands with everyone as they came off?

Was Darlington one? That's the rumour.

Firstly I dont think that the board can sack keates, mainly because it would be the biggest I told you so moment in the last 10 years at Wrexham. Essentially admission of another mistake at a time when the board can ill afford to present themselves as culpable and risk yet more pressure to step aside.

Secondly, it would be treating a symptom not the cause. The cause is ultimately the board. There are numerous reasons why but ultimately boils down to bad decisions (managerial appointments), disengagement with fans (disabled platform, manny smith contract etc) amd a failure to act on key events...the grief some employees is receiving is severe, and possibly justified. Look at darlington for example, back him or sack him instead of saying nothing

The whole saga has gone on long enough. Time to bring down the curtain.
The current management team together with the majority of the players are simply out of their depth. I wish it could be different but sad to say it never will be.
