He did and he then built on it to make the squad real contenders for promotion - which was then achieved. Arfon was also part of Neals framework which helped.

And back then the club had a board that understood the value of football intelligence in a manager and knew how to identify it and enact it to deliver success.

Unfortunately apart from the club badge, the club back then is unrecognisable today.

With a long list of people with both good and bad intentions who have contributed to our demise.
