Win lose or draw - players will have days off - assuming it's Sunday & Monday as we have no mid week match and no league match for a fortnight.
There will have to be some balance - expected days off with family who already forfeit their Saturday's week in week out and every bank holiday.
But please don't shoot the messenger - I am just trying to put a point across that players of all clubs will have days off - it wont be any use flogging them to death every day of every week BUT you would like to think that when they are training on the other days there is significant structure and organisation - by Saturday's performance you have to wonder what goes on behind the scenes as the team looked like a bunch of strangers.

I would reiterate that on Saturday it was a difference of formation that hurt us - Aldershot revelled in their set up and the players felt comfortable - we were a polar opposite - playing with no confidence and no midfield - and yet still we did nothing to change it at half time when we had simply been outplayed.

You have to ask the question of what are we doing in training then?

I asked my works colleague whos played professionally at Championship level and has played with Keates what the response would have been if as fans had put it it was one of the worst displays seen in 50 years. His reply was they would have been in next day getting strips torn off of them. Interestingly he said as well that hes surprised this is happening with Keates and his attitude and that it looks like Keates has lost the players.

Like a few people have said something has gone badly wrong behind the scenes and the majority of the players have downed tools.

It's not hard to see why he has lost the dressing room the season he jumped ship with 8 games to go he crapped on some players by doing it, one was Pearson brought to the club by Keates another Jennings, and quite a few more.

Davies took over and players knew he was well well well out of his depth and that he was jumping ship to in a few weeks.

2 traitors to these players and now the Idiots at the top have welcomed them back, it's poison even the goalkeeping coach jumped ship to join them would you like to be in the likes of Pearsons position?

Players have no respect for these clowns.

As there is no fixture next week you would expect the manager to have arranged a friendly fixture against half decent opposition. This would him give him opportunity to play his new signings ( When they arrive) . I just have no Faith in the man he is completely out of his depth as are the majority of the squad . It was painfully obvious on Saturday that we are a complete shambles and must be considered there for the taking by opposing teams.
