Re: Kennedy rejoins on loan until end of season
Is this supposed to excite the fans ! Bang average followed by bang average signings year after year by below bang average managers supported by a boardroom full of clowns. Can anyone see an end to this disastrous continual vicious circle

Re: Kennedy rejoins on loan until end of season
Coming to a club on the brink of relegation would be career suicide, it'll only be loan deals and don't expect a Harris type signing. No club who cares about a youth prospect would send them to a club in turmoil.

Re: Kennedy rejoins on loan until end of season
No problems with this extension to his loan. But needs to be more consistent.

Re: Kennedy rejoins on loan until end of season
Not unexpected for him to stay because while he has had his off days he is without doubt the best of our centre backs at present. Has the ability to move forward with the ball into space rather than the hoof ball which Lawton and Pearson are prone to use and he is faster than both of them.
Things are starting to happen in the transfer window and hopefully a few more will depart who are on the fringe of the first team. Bobb, McIntosh , Barton and Oswell come immediately to mind. I don't see us getting any better strikers but if the likes of Jay Harris and Durrell come back we might have a more functional midfield to create chances. Oh and I forgot Redmond who would not be missed. |

Re: Kennedy rejoins on loan until end of season
In a team that has too many ‘below average’ players, ‘average’ becomes a welcome improvement in the conditions we currently find ourselves. I personally think he is better than that, but he does lack consistency and has an ineffective midfield in front of him that offers little protection.
