Who/whatever the problem is will know what he’s referring to in this interview, I can imagine they won’t be to happy with him at all. May well see him leave the club.
Pearson can't be on his own in recognising that there is a problem within the club. Those who are responsible for that problem would have to be blind, deaf, and dumb not to recognise it and yet vain enough to feel that others - such as Pearson - could become the scapegoats.

Should Pearson move on (or be moved on) only for us all to find that the problem(s) remain(s,) then in exactly the same way that the coaching staff is being found out through its inability to retain new players' skillsets under successive managers, they must be next to go.

Far better for the club, the WST members and other supporters, and any board members that should not be associated with the present on-field disasters, together with players who have had their abilities stifled out of them, that an artificial cull should not cause them to be chopped too. Never throw the baby out with the bathwater!

Get rid of the real culprit(s) - this rot in the club must stop NOW! It will bring a return to good performances, give us the points that we so desperately need to escape from the relegation zone, and enable fans to recognise that it isn't the model that's to blame but someone (or more) that have been dragging us down. It will bring the fans back together again, and create a healthy atmosphere at the club where supporters return to the games, and leave content that they have enjoyed themselves and had their moneys worth.

There are poisonous wedges being driven between fans, between players, and these are affecting our ability to recruit new players (and managers) too. As others have already said, who in their right mind would sign a contract with us now in the knowledge that our club, with all its history and former might, has a rotten apple or two that would damage their future careers?

He seems like he has some potential but surely these clubs that loan him then never give him game time can't all be wrong?!

So we all know it, the players know it, the best and most professional manager we have had in the last ten years knew it, board members who resigned knew it so how far do the incompetent three want to go with the damage they are doing?

People are making all sorts of stuff up now and no doubt be stated as fact in a week or two.

Pearson is only stating the obvious. We were 4th last season and players were brought in in the belief to kick us on and instead we have gone in reverse. The expectancy has always been play offs as a minimum, so no one would argue things have gone badly wrong and need changing.

The problem we have is the three get an easy ride during home games. The thousands who stay away in protest, and rightly so, have unintentionally made their lives easier. Staying away doesn't look like a protest to them or anyone else because when any football team goes through a 'bad patch' crowds fall naturally, and that's what it looks like here. Those of us who are left at home games are surrounded by apathy and a very small minority of buffoons who are part of the club killing group. I shouted up at the board on the way down the steps during a recent match and was abused by a few hardcore wst club killers from the paddock, if my son hadn't been with me it would have got ugly.

Until we show our feelings when it matters, at the Racecourse during a game, they'll carry on as they are, thinking the club needs them.

It’s as clear as day, it’s from the top down and the decisions of Harris, mills and jones have caused this nightmare.

When it’s all over and the politics that have been used to run a football club come to an end like everywhere else ran this very way the culprits are nowhere to be seen.
