Darlington is on his way. Finally. Its upto Keates to bring in someone who knows what they are doing then, who will gain the respect of the players.
Where have you heard that? Is that down to player power or the board?

He will certainly be at the back of Harris’ “use of conversational Welsh on the pitch” class.

I guess the one thing Keates can't sort is the boardroom, but unless he is specific it could be various areas, make up if the squad, backroom staff, training, access to better facilities, youth set up, reserves etc or I guess after this seasons failure, everything needs reviewing.

There’s still enough dangerous people out there clinging on to power sadly. And even more disturbed ones who seal clap their every word.

I'd be surprised if Keates wanted him gone, regardless of everyone else's opinion.
They are big mates when Mills took over one thing he did right was bring his own trusted coach and boot Darlington out...obviously I'm not praising Mills that was the only professional thing he did, but it was the right way. Keates took over and asked for Darlington back, also he tried to take him to Walsall to brush up on his hoof it tactics.

I was just reading between the lines and taking an educated guess.

I think it is about time though, the fans dont want him, the players dont want him, who's interests is it in for him to stay.

Him leaving would constitute a "real change" for me.

I can't see him going. It would constitute a real change but it would be an addition of failure by Keates and the board.
