Get the fans back on side

Clear the air with the players. Sit them all down and make sure every niggle is got out in the open.

Bring in an experienced No 2 - Someone who is a disciplinarian but commands respect and loyalty off the players

Training 4 days a week but also another day / half day watching videos of the opoositions previous games. Get the players to suggest ideas with the coaches on how to approach the match.

Get rid of Darlington and Davies

Set on a system that works to the players strengths but also have an alternative incase things need to change

Get some reserve games going to help out the youth and fringe players

Look at improving the Scouting system

TBH there is so much more that needs doing as well but that above would help massively.

I would invite the dozen or so Red Passioners who over the years (and some recently) have demonstrated such knowledge and insight into all aspects of our Club into the board room.

I would then lock the room and wait to see who survives the furious infighting and disagreements which would inevitably ensue.

Based on the theory of the 'survival of the fittest' whoever is left would run the Club.
