That is true, but he is good enough for that not to be a problem. Also he is tenacious which of course Keates/Harris were and they were small too.

I think the issue is that if you are lightweight, then you need extra qualities to make up for it.

A good example is Christian Smith. He popped up playing for Maidenhead a season or two back. The only reason he made a living at this level is his size, if he was luke youngs size he wouldn't be a professional footballer.

Maybe you could make a proposal at the next AGM that we only employ people over a certain Height/Weight ?
