It's easier to enjoy games when we win, but today I left the Racecourse feeling my money for my ST was well spent.

Thought the 2 new lads did well considering their circumstances, and there was a definite improvement in the second-half against one of the most cynical teams we have played this season. Good on the ref for sending off their player for the dive.

Still not totally convinced with the formation but, hey ho, we can argue about semantics next season. Now it's all about winning and staying up.

PS I do not particularly like the bitching from the various camps, depending on whether we win or lose. A few of the comments on here say loads about certain individuals rather than the predicament we are in, both on and off the field.

Nothing to be grumpy about, aye, I’m absolutely delighted that we’re 19th in the National League, having received millions of pounds off player windfalls to get us into this position. You know what, if we go down then we can all categlorically say that everyone at the club tried their best. All is rosey. Our club our future.

Adds little to the debate, and only lowers yourself to the same level as those you criticise.

Hope to God you are not a Board member, as claimed by some!

Summerfield does this. If he has a break he comes back refreshed and looks a very good player. I just don't think he has the legs to play every game in a season. It's why we still need to bring a central midfielder in.

That and a replacement for Patrick next please.

He has just described himself as he cracks open another 6 pack in his Billy no mates bedroom at his mum's

One good display at home against an average midtable team don't make suddenly great. Look at Barrow a great manager their.

Now Patrick is off back to Bradford we are still weak upfront as Hooper is lazy.

Still a step forward let's hope it's not a step back again next week.

With what looks like some improvement in the midfield might Oswell get another chance if we are looking at two up top or is his bench bound at best?

since when did we have 4.6k regular in a season when we are playing badly and lower half of the table.?

the stay-away fans are not all boycotting anything.. they simply don't want to watch us when we are playing so bad.. why do negative posters always have to try twist stats to suit their own needs..

if we were near the top of the league or close to playoffs.. but all the same anger was around regarding the board and Keates.. the attendances would be much higher..

hence your comment regarding "boycotts" is crap and ridiculous

A great result today and well deserved. Dan Jarvis had an impressive debut and Summerfield was a deserved MoM. Our shape and work rate was much better than it has been for a while. Chuffed to see our Skipper back and leading the team as only he can.

A lot of the anger around regarding the board and Keates is because people think they could get us relegated, though, so that would presumably be significantly less if we WERE close to the playoffs. (I'm personally still deeply concerned about the treatment of the DSA, the way they react to people trying to help them, the lack of long-term strategy, and other things, but a lot of our fans are all about the first team.)

I would agree that lots of stay-aways aren't boycotting though; they've merely lost interest in the club due to the depths we've sunk to under this board.
