Problem was, we hat two very slow central defenders, with the turning circle of a double decker bus.
And hadn't that lottery winner given them money to buy a couple of nippy strikers..

I might well have some sympathy for that argument. The board is a narrow group and could have done with a broader skill base. The people who should be instructing change are the elected WST board themselves (Less the football board members). Unfortunately the WST people seem a toothless group perhaps in awe of the football board.

Funny. All we know is his name is Wayne and he claims to know about business. What makes him any authority on judging how a football club should be run? But people are getting behind him based on his call, even funnier. He wants the 'Wrexham way', what does that football cliche even mean? If that's his input then I wouldn't bother.

His main point of concern was that we didn't have a strategy to get into the FL. When the board talk about strategy and planning they get hammered, strategy house? If there was such a strategy surely every club would be implementing it?

For me its all about getting the right manager and them having a competitive budget. The board have worked hard to get us financially stable to provide the latter. The former they have made some mistakes.

Gary Mills.
Keeping Andy Davies in charge when Keates left.
Ricketts, Ball blower up Barrow, Mike Newell, Footgolf Hughes and Flynn Fiasco.

But they got it right with Ricketts and Keates (both times in my opinion).

But dont forget Alan Sugar, Mr business man, hired Christian Gross. Bet he wish he would of consulted Wayne. So it happens all over football, not just here.

Exciting times ahead

They are separate things.

Everyone wants a strategy or a plan, but no one wants meaningless corporate speak.

Any examples of corporate speak? I haven't heard any, although I may have missed them.
