Good call from Wayne again.

To be fair he said Spencer is 100% good for Wrexham, however not a good leader.

Sounds like we need a Senior Exec who is a visionary, and a good leader of people. No surprises there, but good to hear it confirmed by someone who knows about business and is a passionate Wrexham supporter.

I have said similar. In a clear out of the board should it ever happen by force rather than through natural attrition then there are some existing members who should be retained. Spencer is one of these. Just in a much lesser role. He has plenty of drive and energy. Works hard no doubt. But he is so narcissistic that it has totally derailed all his positive traits. Not a leader.

Just listened to Wayne on Radio Wales lots of positives about Spencer Harris in all backrooom stuff. Now Wayne seems to have listened lots , and says some great teamwork ideas hopefully now we can have more teamwork. Thanks Wayne.
As for Malcom Allen if we go down then join LOWales , shows that MA May say he’s links with Coedpoeth but doesn’t seem to listen to them. Big matches v Cefn or Nomads ? I think not.

He may have links with Coedpoeth and be from North Wales, but obviously not a true Wrexham supporter with some of those comments he made.

He employed Bryan Hughes.

I have contacted Spencer Harris by email tonight.
This is the second part of my communication to him: for first part, refer to my first post.
.................................................. .................................................. .....
Further to Wayne's comments on 'Call Rob' tonight, it is obvious from his recent contact with Spencer Harris that our supposed Kelloggs' 'superboy' is a paper man!
Forty four different policies produced for Wrexham AFC by this HR 'expert.' Have they all been discussed before ratification? Are they all being implemented?
In his own jargon, he is obviously task management oriented rather than people management oriented!
He is clearly not a listener. He sees himself as the 'big I am!'
Over 1 hour 11 minutes on the phone talking at Wayne by all accounts!
So too, is the club's history boy Peter Jones with his views on 'the club board having all the required ''skill sets!'' '
As for computer nerd John Mills...
It certainly begs the question:
Who are these people attempting to run Wrexham AFC?
They certainly seem to love being big fish in a small pond hence their own selfish desire to cling to their own power to the detriment of our beloved Wrexham AFC?
Our club needs urgent investment! The relevant board needs to initiate this sooner rather than later!
Contact Mark Palios, Tranmere Rovers' supremo for financial advice.

RSVP: in clear English Spencer: but not by Twitter or Facebook!
.................................................. ......................................
FAO:Alan Buckley previous poster: Carl Hogan responded to my email to the Media Team on 19.01.20!

Malcolm Allen and his recent comments on Wrexham and WPL in 'The Leader' showed him up as the 'show pony' that he aspires to be!' Unfortunately, Malcolm, for all his chequered history, lacks the intellect to rise above his current 'village idiot' status!
