Further to Wayne's comments on 'Call Rob' tonight, it is obvious from his recent contact with Spencer Harris that our supposed Kelloggs' 'superboy' is a paper man!
Forty four different policies produced for Wrexham AFC by this HR 'expert.' Have they all been discussed before ratification? Are they all being implemented?
In his own jargon, he is obviously task management oriented rather than people management oriented!
He is clearly not a listener. He sees himself as the 'big I am!'
Over 1 hour 11 minutes on the phone talking at Wayne by all accounts!
So too, is the club's history boy Peter Jones with his views on 'the club board having all the required ''skill sets!'' '
As for computer nerd John Mills...
It certainly begs the question:
Who are these people attempting to run Wrexham AFC?
They certainly seem to love being big fish in a small pond hence their own selfish desire to cling to their own power to the detriment of our beloved Wrexham AFC?
Our club needs urgent investment! The relevant board needs to initiate this sooner rather than later!
Contact Mark Palios, Tranmere Rovers' supremo for financial advice.

RSVP: in clear English Spencer: but not by Twitter or Facebook!

FAO:Alan Buckley previous poster: Carl Hogan responded to my email to the Media Team on 19.01.20!

for clarity, Mr Spencer Harris is European Director of HR for Kelloggs Europe, not a cereal packer at Wrexham site. We are lucky to have someone of his pedigree at the helm of our club.

We also have Gavin Jones, who has recently completed an MBA in Business that included a huge project on football finance, we are seeing the benefits of this.

We also have a managing director of a local engineering firm doing most work at no or little cost, and his guidance also.

Then we have Mark Williams, director of finance at Moneypenny doing our accounts for free.

As well as Dixie, one of our most succesful players, with management experience and contacts in football, takes no nonsense and doesn't suffer fools.

Completed by IT executive John Mills, providing his services for free saving the clubs thousands of pounds.

What is it you do again for the club for free? o thats it, nothing. Just gripe and groan on a messageboard frequented by a few bitters who never got over their mate mossy scarpering off with the sale proceeds of the racecourse, colliers and Wrexham Village.

Thought you had been banned because of your hideous abuse to Bagger Vance ? Looks like the mods must be giving you leeway. I wonder why ?

People need to take this into account. Let’s listen and add the likes of Wayne to what we’ve already got and we might just get somewhere. It’s not because the lack of trying; you would be naive to think otherwise.

Paddock, you’re aware that in most large corporations, promotion is based upon ability to climb the greasy pole and be the first in, last out of the office, regardless of what you actually get up to? Being HR Director does not necessarily mean you are particularly skilled.

Spencer May be a highly effective process manager, but he’s weak as piss water as a leader of people.

Wayne talks sense on leadership. Can you ever imagine Spencer being so humble?

Sign Wayne up.

For the avoidance of doubt, he is not an HR Manager, he is, effectively, a Senior Project Manager working on HR related projects. He has a background in HR. Check out his LinkedIn profile.

Just to clarify, I think the abuse Spencer gets at times is over the top. He’s given an awful lot to this football club, loves the club, but football is an unforgiving game unfortunately. Let’s not be naive about things, we all want to achieve the same goal.
