Unfortunately, has no chance of getting a role within the WST, unless he puts himself forward for election which I really hope he does.

There appears to be a feeling of entitlement on the board Dixie, with a real sense of us and them developing. Power is very difficult for some people to relinquish, in business and life generally. Individuals can lose focus and believe in their own self importance which clouds their decision making, often to the detriment of the very thing they originally wanted to save or help.
