Who said that?

The plan is for the board to open themselves up to the idea of money coming in from different sources (benefactor, investor). They have constantly rattled the mandate as a reason they can't, so its vital we raise this as a motion at the next AGM and vote it through.

Then we can get the board to seek this investment. Or if they are still not agreeable with that course of action, stand down and elect someone who is.

It doesn't have to be £5m, that's an unrealistic amount for a club at this level. Lincoln proved it can be done with a modest amount, but the crux is getting the right personnel in at management level and on the pitch. Is Keates that man? I have my doubts.

I think you’ll find that’s the oversimplification of the plan put forward by people who support the current board but have run out of realistic things to say to defend them!

Its not millions required to get out of this league. It using what we have properly and not pissing it up the wall like on the crap we bought in the summer.

The budget we have now with a modest top up on top coupled with a half decent manager would IMHO get the job done.
