You would be on a hiding to nothing with control or no control.
So what is the alternative staying in the national leagues, most other clubs have private investment do they worry about social media?

How do you think fan ownership is working out?

We are sh1tter than at any time in our history.

Turning down a serious invester would be mental.

He supports a failing, deceitful ownership, so there is no debate to had with this fluffy character. That's everything you need to know about him.
So called fans like him are stuck in 2005 still fighting a battle that no longer exists while the club they claim to support sinks lower and lower, with the fans and board that have never been further apart and the divide is growing weekly.

The jaw-dropping irony of them worrying about 'when things go wrong' under a different ownership model with everything happening now is something quite special.

Didn't have one for the Racecourse, that was done deceitful speaking to those who went to the meeting. The vote was done first and only after that, the detailed information given which confirmed what a money pit it would be.

What makes a mockery of Pete Jones’s reasoning for not seeking investment, is the lack of needing a mandate for other big decisions made and carried through.

I question Pete’s judgement and ability to hold the Club board accountable after reading the Leader article.

Is he really the right man with the right skills to be Chairman of the trust board? What does he fetch to the table as not only a member of the trust board, but it’s leader?

I can't see anyone investing money to have to battle against Spencer and his merry men to actually be able to influence their investment tbh.

I agree; why would anyone even want to invest- the club just feels far too toxic for any serious private investor nowadays. There are plenty of other clubs out there who would be far more accommodating and appreciative.
