Summerfield is a good player, its just that his best days are behind him.

Hope he recovers soon.

I only said we needed midfielders who can create and score goals, he doesn't really does he? Yes he scored a screamer recently but he hardly creates or scores on a regular basis. It was you who had a pop using the old

Sounds nasty. There was premier league player a few years ago had this and they had to cut his leg from the hip to the knee to relive the pressure build up.

Ive never really been a Summerfield fan but you don't want stuff like this happening to anyone regardless.

Some nasty comments on this thread. Best wishes to Luke Summerfield for a full recovery.

Generally been poor for us, shouldn’t have got a new deal for this season but not surprising with the current circus running the club.

As for his injury I hope he recovers quickly and gets sorted for next season.

Never been a fan of Summerfield and he should not have had another contract, but good luck for the future, but after reading some of Keates comments I bet he invites him to pre season training or even offers him a 3 month contract to prove himself.
