Barrows was something that beginner U7s coaches do. Striker outside of the box starts with the ball. Feeds it to player just inside the box. They lay it back to striker. Striker shoots. Anyone who has kicked a ball has done that drill. He is a dinosaur or just lazy.

Shouldn’t be doing that session with that level of player. People moan about how long we train. 9 acre is empty etc. But then he does that for a third of a training session. Most of the players are stood round waiting for their turn so poor intensity and increased potential for injury. And not technically challenging.

Darlingtons was like watching a master class in coaching. Which we should be proud of, he is one of our own. The Welsh FA coaching is held in high regard, that is a fact. I can see why.

Hard to explain in text but every player was engaged. They were all involved. They all worked. And the outcomes were clear.

Full back feeds winger. Full back bombs on. Feeds winger. Winger passes to full back. Full back switches play to other full back. Then repeat down the other wing. It was mind blowing. 16 players doing that

And he gets blamed for negative play? It was an ultra attacking drill
Well since he's been here the football has been terrible, so all of this hasn't worked.

Overall play is very vague, looks the same to me. Fitness levels is hard to judge and is that down the Pep? Why only him even if its true?. Lets be honest, this is scraping the barrel.

I get it you hate Keates but he is here now, so give him a chance. He should have the coaches he trusts after all if we don't stay up or kick on next season its his job that is on the line.

Just for you Dave did you read my post correctly and what I said about Mills?

You're judging an experienced manager as being a 70s dinosaur like Mills is a drink culture amongst players prevalent then even our great 70s side liked their drink it was considered the norm then.

As I said he was a NON LEAGUE JOURNEYMAN as for Little was he given enough time to turn a team in free fall under the previous rookie manager Carey? Who was responsible for our relegation.

Also Little was out of management awhile. I'm talking today not years ago or unsuccessful non league journeymen managers.

I don't hate Keates as I don't do hate but I am a loyal person and don't like disloyalty, my main dislike of Keates is his hoofball, cowardice tactics at home and I just don't think he cuts it as a manager after the sack at Walsall no other club would of ran to employ him, I also have not forgot his behaviour when Wilkin was manager.

I never knew about this 'behaviour' with Wilkin. What was that all about and is it just rumour?

So you have come back out of hiding? You seemed to go very quiet around the time of the last meeting?

Well thought out reply. You criticise CDs coaching ability but you have zero coaching experience and have never see him work. Now that is RP gold.

Keep up the good work. If nothing else you are amusing.

That tells you everything you need to know.
Darlington would probably argue that they have all left us much better players than they were when they arrived. He would back it up by pointing out how well they have done at their next club.

Whether that's right or wrong.

If he is so good what’s he doing coaching like a genius on an old school field dodging dog turds and broken bottles?

Why isn’t he at a Championship club spreading his wisdom?
