My humblest apologies for misunderstanding your messages in this thread (and the others that sing from the same song-sheet) which implied to me that you were someone else over-zealously defending his heroes/colleagues.

Here's a suggestion for you: Why don't you at least attempt to repair some of the fences that you have destroyed with those fans who are as entitled as you to voice their own feelings about the shambolic performances of certain Board members as well as the managers, coaches, and players that they were ultimately responsible for recruiting to our club? Mend those fences, agree that they are right in that the performances HAVE been useless, and let us all know how you would make a silk purse out of the current sow's ear.

If you don't, at least agree that you are driving a very large wedge between yourself and decent long-term supporters of this club, deliberately or otherwise. You can't do anything about deleting your mistakes - any more than I can about mine. But you could adopt a more sympathetic tone towards those who have spent significant sums of their hard-earned on following Wrexham down the spiral that has led to them saying "enough is enough" now.

Persuade them how wonderful the entertainment is nowadays, how exciting are the silky skills on show, and how close we are to fulfilling your ambitions for the club this season. Oh... can't do that? Neither can they, and that's why they are abandoning the club that they love.

If a brewery changes their recipe to one that I and thousands like me don't enjoy, I buy different beer until they learn from their error and give us what we want. Don't you? See, loyalty works both ways.

Opposing views or just attacking people calling them not true fans as they don’t want to or maybe just can’t afford to P*ss hard earned money up the wall.

You are as bad as the clown on Facebook saying that they know all the hard work people put in on the board so no one should question them. Forgetting to mention the hard work leads to shite decisions and constant failure at almost every level.

I like going to concerts but if my favourite band who I have followed since I was kid change some members and now sound terrible should I still go and spend my money watching them?

If they then replace them with better in the future, I’d start going again but that doesn’t mean I’m not a fan anymore. What if I’m entertained by another band because I like music am I disloyal to my favourite band.

Just to let you know Peter I left Old Trafford with a smile on my face and more important my lad was buzzing, a fantastic display of proper football although it cost me £63 for the pair of us worth every penny.
