I am start to get very annoyed now, patience is wearing VERY thin. He is now blaming the lack of strikers. Don't even get me started on the 'players should shoot more' article, that is a thread on its own.

He is the manager, he signs the players and has just had a transfer window. Oswell and Hooper are both made of glass, he should know that. So surely the lack of strikers is down to him?

He has been here 5 months, not 5 weeks. How long does he need? Probably until the last week of the summer window, 'when the better players become available'

Fair enough, good point and well made.

I don't like falling out with fellow Wrexham fans. Being at the games amongst the reds makes me feel at home. We all just want success on the field.

Why we employed a bloke whose managerial career was dead I don't know.

He squirms in the press and will act out of fear of his career finally dying.

Doesn't his interview also contradict was Dixie said, that he told Keates to play 2 upfront? So in fact, Keates wanted to play one up front until told not to. Out of fear of upsetting the board?

I actually agree with you on this but its no secret that I don't rate Keates and think he's a fraud of a manager. He's just making excuses here and they won't wash. The football we've seen under his two spells here has been largely terrible and I don't see this changing

Well said. Same as we employed a man whose only managerial experience was a failure and a footgolf expert!. Cheap option again ffs!!.
