The wrong decision was made yesterday by the National League in stating all would progress and then they messed up again big time earlier today coming to the totally wrong decision despite all other leagues throughout the country cancelling their fixtures - meanwhile playing piggy in the middle are all the service providers and 1,000's of supporters whose lives are changing almost as fast as it takes to switch a light on and off.
So where will all the football supporters go now the pub, shops, cinema, visit family, catch a bus or train whatever people do the virus will be spreading around

Travelled up to Penrith today
Barrow game for me
Marmalade world championship for her in doors

Been out for a meal - just heard both events cancelled

The health of people clearly has to come first

A day in the lakes and staying tomorrow night , as planned a few post match beers

A relaxing weekend it will be

At least we can’t lose (again) and we have the same - why do you bother conversation

Enjoy the weekend fellow reds

I feel that we won’t be watching the Reds again for a while

Get the feeling we’ve seen our last Wrexham game for a good few months. What a welcoming thought that is after the past 18 months.

Agree that the virus has an upside. Rugby cancelled, London marathon gone and I am relieved of having to watch that shower down the road. Just need the Boat Race and the Olympics to go now.

I don't know who the player is but I sympathise with him and wish him a speedy recovery.

Reminds me of the powercuts of the 1970's in winter - half the population went to bed early and due to lack of 'alternative' options caused a significant rise in the birth rate 9 months later.

What will these 1,000's of men up and down the country find to do as an alternative to football ?

Mrs NottsRed needs to clearly define what she means by 'some chores' ??

There will also be plenty of men slipping off for a few hours to see their secret lovers using the Saturday afternoon match as a smokescreen - an alternative excuse will now have to be 'invented' by some.

Don't forget the top 3 useless sports, cricket, golf and tennis
The ultimate Patron Saint of bores Andy Murray - if we can keep him off our TV screens through summer it will be a bonus. Imagine if the powers that be cancelled Wimbledon ? the skies would darken and the world would probably end for some.

Just as a side thought - here's one. Went supermarket shopping earlier tonight. It dawned on me that out of all the places where your likely to pick up an infection it's probably from a supermarket trolley or basket - handled multi times throughout each and every day - never cleansed and no cleaning equipment at the entrance. Hundreds of people in a confined area indoors where cross contamination risk is high - beware folks.
