Player of the Season
 

With the status of the rest of the 2019/20 season up in the air given current events, if the season were to end at its current stage, who would you give the player of the season to?

To say this season has been disappointing is an understatement, I know, but there has to be a someone that could fairly be given the award.

Can you remind us what players are still at the club - there have been so many - I've forgotten them already.

I am struggling to think of anyone who has been around long enough and made enough memorable appearances to warrant an award - and I don't mean the odd good performance - awards dinner probably wont happen so getting the distinct thought that we just all forget about it and come back in August with a fresh slate - however the world is likely to be a different place so I'm not hedging my bets on which August football may resume.

If I'm hard pressed then give it to Luke Young.

Those suggesting not to award it must have missed the exceptional shift Luke Young has put in for the entire season. Just because others are failing and ,as a result, our results are cannot hide how this player has performed. He has been on a different level compared to his team mates and to how he performed last season.

Hard pressed? Behave yourself.

Luke Young by a country mile. We've had a few players, mainly loaned in, who have had an impact at different points (Patrick had a very good spell with us scoring important goals, for example) but Young has been the standout throughout the season.

Luke Young and it's not even close. Hasn't hid and consistently been our best player.

I wouldn't null and void this award, even if the powers that be null and void this season. Luke Young deserves recognition for being the only one to consistently perform well in a team that have let down one of the best supporting fanbases in non-league.

Like everyone else id have to say Luke Young. Hes been the only player to have a consistently good season.
