Default Club AGM - postponed

The club AGM is due and no doubt the WST and Club boards are busy dotting the i's and crossing the t's. re the arrangements or emergency arrangements.

The unfortunate situation we find ourselves in regarding the virus could see the date of the AGM being moved to much later in the year. We as supporters will have to wait and see how the boards handle the situation. - and look out for an official announcement soon.

Delay of the AGM, however long, is unlikely to see the actual reports not being published as they must be close to completion.
Supporters and members will probably have the reports to read but maybe have to wait for the meeting itself.

It is a very difficult time to run a business and the WST and Football boards have their work cut out in managing the situation - as do other clubs around the country.
Good luck to them and all concerned in making decisions at a very difficult time.

How long do these meetings typically last?

Surely they can use voice or video conferencing?

Good luck ? To the club killers ? What planet are you on ?

Even if they had all the luck in the world, and were Irish with a mass supply of four leafed Clovers and Red Rum’s shoes hanging from the boardroom door, they would still balls it up.

No chance - they couldn't organise one in a brewery and even if they did you would have to watch it through Pete Jones pint of lager.

Communication is dire throughout starting with those two match day announcers who spend their lives conveying messages which nobody can hear.

Dearie me. Likelyhood all public meetings are going to be banned. Plans for the takeover will have to be put on ice. Time to rethink your strategy?
